    How do I pay for my drop ship orders?

    Prepay-We accept all major credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. 

    What are your drop ship guidelines?

    Drop-Ship Guide Lines

    • The merchandise will be shipped in a plain box with your company name address return on the outside of the box. 
    • We will insert your invoice if you provide us with the invoice via email or fax.
    • All shipments are insured for full value for maximum protection for us and you.
    • All drop ship orders must be pre-paid in full by the person/business placing the order prior to leaving PWM Enterprises warehouse, no exceptions and no COD's shipments accepted.  
    • You may use our web site images and product descriptions for the purpose of re-selling our merchandise.

     

    What is your shipping times and where do you ship?

    Normal shipping takes 24-48 to process and 5-10 days for delivery, 7-12 days during peak seasons. We ship to the U.S., Hawaii, and Alaska.  Items shipped via UPS to the 48 contiguous states. For Hawaii and Alaska we ship priority mail. 2-Day Rush and 3-Day Rush delivery are also available for time sensitive orders.

    I have a store and would like to buy inventory. Can I buy in bulk?

    Absolutely! We have many clients who carry stock for thier own stores. We can furnish products in whatever quantity you may need from 1 unit up to 1,000 units or more. You must be a PWM Enterprises authorized dealer to receive wholesale pricing.

     

    Can I place a sample order?

    If your drop ship application has been approved, than yes you can purchase samples at wholesale cost plus shipping. To place a sample order, login to the Member's Only area and place your sample order securely online. You must already have an approved drop ship application on file with us before placing a sample order. Sample items are not returnable.

     

    How long before out of stock items are normally restocked?
    When an item is out of stock the re-stock date can be anywhere from 30-90 days.

    Do you insure drop ship orders?

    Yes, all shipments are insured for full value for maximum protection for us and you.

     

    Are the prices listed on your website the wholesale prices we would receive?

    Yes, when you login to the member's only area all product pricing is at wholesale.

    Do you have a Excel or text type spreadsheet with your products listed?

    No, we do not use excel spread sheets for our products because we update our products so often that the excel sheet would be out dated rather quickly. You must click on each product picture to see the item number, product title, product description, suggested retail price, and wholesale price. You are then welcome to use the product pictures and descriptions on our site for purposes of selling our merchandise. Your application must be approved before you will receive permission to use our product pictures and descriptions.

    You are also welcome to create your own spreadsheets of the products on our site, once you are a member.

    What is listed on the invoices that are sent with the order?
    The invoice that is sent to your customer is sent with just the product title and quantity ordered and your company address as the shipper. No other information is included. Pricing is NOT included on the invoice.

    How do I know if an item is out of stock?
    In the member's only area you will have access to our current out of stock list along with ETA's (estimated time of arrival) on when the items will be arriving back in the warehouse. The item itself will be listed as out of stock or in stock. Please note our items are in stock 98.9% of the time. It is very rare that we are out of stock on any of our items.

    Do you dropship Canada?
    Due to high taxes and duties we do not drop ship to Canada. However, we do do dropship to Hawaii, Alaska, as well as the United States.

    Can you send drop orders over night?
    No, we do not send drop ship orders over night. We do however offer a 3-day rush for time sensitive orders.

    Do you have a catalog?
    Because we update our site so often with new merchandise a catalog would be out of date rather quickly so, no we do not offer a catalog. 

    Do I have to place a minimum order?
    There are no minimums, order as little or as much as you need. We have many clients who successfully use our drop ship program for all of their orders.

    What is your guarantee?
    We offer a generous 45-day risk free guarantee on our merchandise.

    What is your return policy?

    You must login to the member's only area to review our returns policy and procedures for damaged and non-damaged merchandise.  Once you are in the member's area click on the link that says: "Returns Policy"  You will need your password. We offer a 45-day guarantee on all of our merchandise. Most drop ship suppliers only offer a 10-day or 30-day guarantee but our company offers an amazing 45-day Guarantee! Also, our drop ship program is backed by an iron-clad 56-day risk-free guarantee.

    Is there a restocking fee on returns?
    No, there are no restocking fees on returns and we offer a 45-day risk free guarantee.

    No, we do not. We do provide product dimensions but not the outer box dimensions.

    Where do I get product descriptions and pictures for my site?
    In the member's area. You have permission to copy and paste product pictures and descriptions for the purpose of selling the merchandise online. We do not provide product picture CD's.

    How do I see all the products in each category?

    Where do I get product dimensions?
    Product dimensions are listed within the product description in the member's area. Every product includes catalog quality sales copy along with product dimensions. However, We do not provide outer box dimensions.

    Is there a drop ship fee?
    No, we do not charge a drop ship fee on orders.

    Does a website come with my membership?
